About the Role
We are seeking two specialist Estimators to join an established and rapidly growing engineering company based in County Wicklow, Ireland. This is an exciting moment to become part of the pre-construction and commercial team as the company expands its operations across Ireland and internationally, supported by a strong and secured project pipeline.
The two open positions are:
- MEP Estimator - Focused on mechanical services and MEP contracting with deep knowledge of mechanical systems and supply chain pricing.
- CSA Estimator - Responsible for pricing civil, structural, and architectural works including detailed take-offs and cost plans.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive estimates, take-offs, labor forecasts, and cost plans within your specialist area.
- Carefully review supplier quotations and tender documentation to identify risks, opportunities, scope gaps, and value engineering possibilities.
- Collaborate effectively with design, planning, procurement, and delivery teams throughout the tender and project handover stages.
- Lead pricing efforts, particularly for civil, structural, and architectural packages if CSA Estimator.
- Support bids by providing accurate and detailed commercial information.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, quantity surveying, construction, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in estimating within mechanical services (MEP) or civil, structural, and architectural specialties.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents accurately.
- Excellent commercial insight with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital estimating or take-off tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with structural steel, concrete, building envelopes, or industrial construction beneficial for CSA Estimator role.

Additional Information
Location: County Wicklow, Ireland. The roles are full-time and onsite. Two distinct specialist estimator roles are available.
