Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive estimating for bespoke residential construction projects.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), detailed cost breakdowns, and complete tender documentation.
• Examine building plans, specifications, and engineering documents to ensure correctness.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, tradespeople, and internal team members.
• Manage contract variations and maintain an accurate, current cost database.
• Assist the Director with pricing strategies and project planning requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance estimating processes.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated solid experience in residential construction estimating.
• Keen attention to detail and confidence working on custom, individual projects.
• Strong motivation for success and personal growth within a closely-knit work environment.
• Capability to collaborate directly with senior leadership, taking full responsibility for deliverables.
