Role Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise from at least five years of general contractor experience to estimate projects.
- Estimate costs across all construction divisions.
- Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team setting.
- Prefer candidates with local market knowledge.
- Experience working with union contractors is a plus.
