They primarily work on major development projects and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, supported by a team with extensive collective experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze tender requests and collaborate with the Bid Manager to formulate competitive bidding strategies.
- Create detailed and market-aligned cost estimates for bids, adhering to Ceetech Group's procedural standards.
- Perform precise quantity take-offs to support accurate estimating.
- Incorporate labour, equipment, and material costs into estimating software using a first principles approach.
- Issue and evaluate material and subcontractor quotations as needed to refine cost pricing.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 10 years of professional experience in building services, with preference given to backgrounds involving automation and airport-related projects.
- Exposure to a variety of project types and budget scales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
