Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, innovative, and competitive tenders, bids, and quotations for diverse contract types.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored, value-engineered solutions complying with statutory laws, regulations, and client requirements.
• Interpret detailed client requirements, drawings, and specifications to inform pricing and proposals.
• Propose and price alternative solutions using professional expertise to meet client needs.
• Participate in pre- and post-tender meetings alongside clients and their representatives.
• Maintain composure and efficiency under tight deadlines.
• Support business objectives by identifying new opportunities and assisting in achieving financial targets.
• Source and recommend new suppliers or subcontractors to enhance safety, performance, and profitability.

• Craft cost quotations accounting for all project delivery expenses.
