ESL Teacher

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher to educate non-native English speakers of various age groups through remote instruction. This position involves delivering engaging lessons that enhance learners' confidence in English communication, combining clear teaching methods with supportive and patient guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group English lessons using video conferencing tools.
• Prepare lesson plans tailored to learners' objectives, such as conversational, business, or exam preparation English.
• Offer constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations and milestones tracking.
• Keep detailed records of sessions and lesson plans.
• Modify teaching approaches to suit diverse age groups, skill levels, and cultural contexts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess certification such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or an equivalent credential.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Have a minimum of two years experience teaching ESL.
• Demonstrate native or near-native fluency in English.
• Be proficient with online teaching technologies and digital educational tools.
• Exhibit patience, warmth, and a genuine commitment to student success.
