Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated ERP Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 support for ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Learning Management System (LMS) applications, resolving user-reported issues promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 support for ERP/WMS/LMS software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve application and operational issues reported by end-users.
- Record, monitor, and manage issue tickets in compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Escalate more complex problems to Level 2 support teams along with providing clear and detailed documentation.
- Assist shop-floor and production personnel during their operational shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
