Overview
This role is ideal for mechanics or tyre fitters seeking a shift from hands-on work to a customer-oriented position. Join our growing team at Repco in Ingleburn and leverage your expertise to offer excellent service by advising customers on a range of workshop equipment products. The role operates Monday through Friday, providing a structured workweek.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service and expert advice to both new and returning clients.
- Manage sales activities for workshop equipment, including showcasing and demonstrating product features.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and support.
- Handle equipment demonstrations, installations, and provide after-sales training.
Candidate Profile
- Possess mechanical or automotive knowledge with a valid driver's licence.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and relationship-building capabilities.
- Work autonomously while efficiently organizing and prioritizing tasks.
