Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and manage customs entries, required paperwork, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Audit import documents closely, verifying accurate duties, taxes, fees, and government-imposed charges
  • Collaborate effectively with government bodies, importers, exporters, carriers, and other partners involved in the supply chain
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws, classification systems, trade schemes, and government mandates
  • Support both internal and external audit activities related to customs and compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience handling and processing customs entries
  • Additional preference for candidates possessing Licensed Customs Brokers (LCB) credentials

Additional Information

The role is offered with an annual salary between $60,000 and $75,000.
