Our mentors, experienced professionals volunteering their time, assist with CVs, applications, industry insights, and salary negotiations. We are dedicated to increasing diversity in tech, as currently only 9% of tech employees come from low socioeconomic backgrounds despite representing 39% of the population. Role Summary
This entry-level position welcomes recent graduates, career switchers, and non-graduates who are passionate about supporting jobseekers through mentorship-driven hiring assistance. No prior experience or academic degree is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential client companies that can benefit from Tangent's services.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Assess and qualify leads based on their alignment with our offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.
- Accurately track all sales activities and opportunities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams to meet shared objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor developments to inform strategies.
