About the Role

InterEx Group, a global recruitment agency focusing on technology and transformation sectors including Data, ERP, CRM, and Cloud, is expanding its London office. We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to launch a career as an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant in our fast-paced, sales-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• Source potential talent using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting methods
• Engage with candidates to understand their experience and career preferences
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ suitability for open positions
• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing client relationships
• Negotiate job offers and work to successfully place candidates
• Build and maintain expertise in assigned specialist technology markets
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and team targets

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in fields such as sales, recruitment, business development, hospitality, customer service, or sports where target-driven performance is key, is a plus
• Open to graduates and professionals from diverse backgrounds
• Willingness and ability to work full-time onsite in London
• Confident and outgoing communication skills
• Highly motivated by competition and achieving results
• Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Coachability and eagerness to learn
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and ambition
