Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals with a talent for sales and a strong work ethic to join award-winning recruitment agencies across London. This entry-level recruitment consultant position is sales-centric—not HR or administrative—and offers substantial earning potential through commission as well as rapid career development.

Responsibilities

• Initiate new business opportunities by cold calling, video conferencing, emailing, and networking.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Gain specialized knowledge in a specific sector such as Technology, Finance, Legal, or Life Sciences.
• Source candidates using job boards and LinkedIn platforms.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators, targets, and sales pipelines.
• Conduct interviews and meetings with clients and candidates, either virtually or in person.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from £25,000 to £31,500.
• Unlimited commission opportunities.
• On-target earnings (OTE) expected to reach £50,000 in the first year and exceed £80,000 in the second year.
