Role Overview
We are seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join award-winning recruitment firms across the UK. As a consultant, you will manage an entire recruitment desk specializing in a particular market, develop new business, and sustain strong client relationships while recruiting high-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Operate a comprehensive 360 recruitment desk within your area of expertise.
- Acquire new business and establish enduring client partnerships.
- Build and maintain a profitable pipeline of candidates and clients.
- Recruit and place candidates up to senior positions.
- Source, assess, and represent highly qualified professionals.
- Manage billing activities, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
- Work within a dynamic, sales-driven environment.
Candidate Profile
- Recent hands-on experience in 360 agency recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting billing targets in an agency setting.
- Strong track record in securing new business.
- Proficient in managing candidates and delivering results.
- Passionate about sales, recruitment, and consulting roles.
- Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with ambition for career growth.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from £30,000 to £50,000, dependent on experience and interview outcomes.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) starting at £50,000 in the first year and exceeding £80,000 by the second year, subject to experience.
