About the Role
Join Saragossa Bristol as a full-time Recruitment Consultant based in office, with a starting salary of £26,500 plus up to 30% uncapped commission. In this role, you will develop partnerships with technology leaders at leading investment firms globally. You'll source and engage high-caliber engineers, data specialists, and technology professionals, managing recruitment processes end to end.
Candidate Profile
This position is entirely entry-level; prior recruitment, finance, or technology experience is not required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commercial sales mindset, a proactive and ambitious attitude, confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders via phone, and the ability to manage their own schedule to meet targets independently. Candidates with background in recruitment, sales, or other results-driven roles are especially encouraged to apply.
