About the Role
Two Maids Gilbert, a residential cleaning service operating under the Home Franchise Concepts network, is hiring entry level house cleaners to join their day shift teams. This role involves cleaning lived-in homes, apartments, condos, rentals, and offices in the East Valley areas including Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon/San Tan Valley on designated days. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive paid training is provided.
Work Environment and Teamwork
Each cleaning team consists of two people who start and end their day at the local Gilbert office. Cleaning supplies including medical grade chemicals, equipment, and towels are supplied by the company. Teams typically clean between one to four homes per day, and consistent partnership with the same team member is encouraged, but flexibility to work with different partners is required due to scheduling and absences.

Guest Experience Expectations

Physical Requirements
- Be capable of repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing while maneuvering through homes.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Remain on your feet for the majority of the working day.
Compensation and Benefits
- Paid training period up to 5 days with experienced staff and training manager.
- W-2 commission-based pay with semi-monthly payments on the 5th and 21st.
- Paid sick leave and after one year, receive five days of paid time off.

- Work schedule Monday to Friday, starting at 7:15 AM and finishing once assigned homes are complete, typically between 1 PM and 5 PM.

Candidate Profile
- Individuals passionate about cleaning, even without prior professional experience.
- Efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of fast-paced physical work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with potential leadership opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required; mileage costs reimbursed.
- Must have a cell phone with internet access.
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
- Consent to a criminal background check.
- Own and maintain a dependable, insured automobile and be willing to use it for work purposes.
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until all assigned duties are finished.
- Able to take constructive feedback, quickly learn, and adapt.
