About the Role

Two Maids is recruiting Cleaning Professionals in the East Valley area. Prior house cleaning experience is not mandatory, making this opportunity accessible for those looking to start or grow their career in residential cleaning.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position with work hours generally from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• No night shifts, weekends, or holiday work required.
• Compensation provided on a semi-monthly W2 commission basis.
• Additional earnings possible through tips and weekly bonus incentives.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean various types of residential properties, including deep cleans, standard cleans, recurring maintenance, move-in/move-out cleans, and short-term rental turnovers.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering positive connections with clients.
• Operate reliable, insured transportation to serve locations within the East Valley, including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Apache Junction Monday through Friday, and Gold Canyon/San Tan Valley on Mondays.
• Work collaboratively in teams of two, starting and ending the day at the local Gilbert office.
