Entry Level AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and inquisitive AI Engineer to join the innovation and engineering teams at InterSystems in Dubai. This entry-level position centers on creating AI-powered tools, prototypes, and platforms that enhance sales, professional services, and business operations within a global setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing AI-based internal applications and prototypes.
• Implement applied AI solutions including natural language processing, document intelligence, automation, and agentic systems.
• Help integrate AI modules with existing internal infrastructure.
• Develop and improve front-end components like dashboards and web interfaces.
• Work collaboratively with senior engineers and stakeholders across departments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, AI models, and user-facing features.

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related STEM discipline.
• Basic coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Fundamental understanding of artificial intelligence principles.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of RESTful API concepts.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.

Preferred Expertise

• Familiarity with AI frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Exposure to large language models, prompt engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods.
• Experience in creating basic dashboards or frontend applications.
• Interest in enterprise software development or healthcare technology domains.
