Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist (Entgeltabrechner) to join our team in Tauberbischofsheim as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out independent payroll processing for a specified group of employees.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees, managers, tax offices, and other institutions on all payroll-related matters.
- Assist with human resources reporting, statistics, and analyses as part of personnel controlling.
- Manage and coordinate external payroll service providers, including those supporting international subsidiaries.
- Collaborate closely with accounting and controlling departments.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR processes and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and collective bargaining requirements related to wage tax and social security laws.
Candidate Profile
- Successful completion of commercial training with additional qualification in payroll accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of wage tax, labor law, and social security regulations.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Accurate, organized, and self-reliant working style.
- High level of discretion and professional handling of sensitive personal data.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork capability, and a pronounced sense of responsibility.
