Role Overview

The Solutions Engineer will be integral to expanding the reach of ElevenLabs’ voice AI platform among enterprise clients. The role involves collaborating with sales and technical teams to accelerate adoption through tailored technical solutions and streamlined processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to enhance the technical elements during the sales process.
• Engage directly with clients' technical teams to design and support customized solutions.
• Develop compelling technical demonstrations that effectively illustrate the value proposition of ElevenLabs' products.
• Create technical enablement content to boost the sales team’s technical knowledge and capabilities.
• Construct self-service tools and comprehensive documentation to enable customer independence in implementations.
• Identify common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to transform these into scalable, productized features.

Candidate Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI technology and ElevenLabs' solutions.
• Experience or eagerness to work directly with customers, iterating and personalizing technical solutions.
• Ability to recognize and standardize recurring patterns for scalable solutions.
• Strong empathy toward customers, sales teams, and product groups.
• Robust technical expertise to architect integrations between ElevenLabs platforms and clients’ systems.
• Prior experience interacting with customers in technical contexts, including academic or extracurricular projects.
• Proficiency in Python, with comprehensive understanding of software development, architecture, and integration strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to varying audience technical levels.
