Role Overview
The Solutions Engineer will join a motivated team to unlock the full capabilities of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform for enterprise clients. The focus is on scaling technical solutions through direct customer engagement, process improvements, and supporting sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to improve the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- Engage with customer technical contacts to provide customized support and design solutions.
- Develop persuasive technical demonstrations highlighting product value.
- Create enablement resources to boost sales team effectiveness and technical understanding.
- Develop self-service tools and documentation facilitating customer-led implementation.
- Spot and promote opportunities to productize frequent integration patterns by collaborating with product teams.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Strong enthusiasm for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs' product suite.
- Enjoyment in directly working with customers to iterate and deliver tailored solutions.
- Keen ability to recognize and standardize scalable solution patterns.
- Empathy towards customers as well as sales and product teams.
- Solid technical expertise enabling architectural guidance for integrating ElevenLabs’ solutions with customer systems.
- Customer-facing experience, including involvement in student organizations or side projects, demonstrating interest in technical collaboration.
- Proficiency with Python programming, deep familiarity with software development processes, architecture, and integration methods.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
Location
This position is fully remote but candidates must reside within India.
