Role Overview
The Deployment Strategist Lead will spearhead the launch of ElevenLabs' presence in the UAE market, acting akin to a co-founder in building and leading a team while collaborating closely with an experienced sales leader. This senior role demands establishing initial customer relationships at strategic levels, integrating voice AI technology with key clients to address challenging use cases, and ensuring meaningful impact through ElevenLabs' products.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with strategic clients to identify and understand their critical voice AI and audio-related challenges.
- Recruit and manage a regional team of forward-deployed engineers to deliver solutions.
- Analyze customer workflows and collaborate with engineering teams to apply voice and audio AI technologies innovatively.
- Architect tailor-made integrations to seamlessly infuse ElevenLabs' technology into client operations.
- Advise customers on best practices to optimize AI model performance and results.
- Present project outcomes and future proposals to diverse audiences ranging from technical personnel to executive leadership.
- Partner with Research and Product teams to relay field insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and demonstrate compelling AI voice and audio technology demos for clients.
- Explore and validate new industry applications and assist in global AI solution expansion.
- Take ownership of execution from start to finish on major projects involving strategic partners.
- Collaborate regularly with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure superior implementation and success of ElevenLabs' technologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven success interacting with and influencing senior executives including C-suite and VP levels internally and externally.
- Strong leadership experience including hiring, developing, and guiding technical teams toward high performance and a collaborative culture.
- Competency with Python basics and API integrations to support scripting, prototyping, and demo development.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills, capable of distilling complex technology concepts and applying logical problem-solving strategies.
- Technical aptitude to rapidly comprehend ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI models and practical applications.
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen, understanding how technical strategies align with business goals including deal structures and revenue considerations.
- Beneficial but not mandatory: Experience developing partner ecosystems by fostering relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to accelerate market presence.
Additional Details
The position is remote-first based in the United Arab Emirates with a preference for candidates in Dubai, requiring frequent travel to client sites.
