Role Overview
The Solutions Engineer will contribute to unlocking the full potential of ElevenLabs’ voice AI platform by scaling technical solutions for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, supporting customer integrations, developing technical demos and resources, and driving productization of common features.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to refine technical aspects of sales engagements.
- Engage directly with customer technical teams to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Develop compelling technical demonstrations showcasing product value.
- Produce enablement materials to boost sales team’s technical proficiency.
- Create self-service tools and documentation empowering customer autonomy.
- Identify patterns suitable for productization and collaborate with product teams to realize these features.
Candidate Profile
- Strong enthusiasm for AI technologies and ElevenLabs products.
- Enjoys close technical collaboration with customers and iterative solution development.
- Aptitude for recognizing scalable integration patterns.
- Demonstrated empathy towards customers, sales, and product teams.
- Solid technical background enabling architecture of solution integrations.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including informal or project-based interactions.
- Proficiency in Python and comprehensive knowledge of software development and integration architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills adaptable to varied audiences.
Location and Language Requirements
This remote-first role is based anywhere in the UAE, preferably Dubai, with periodic travel to customer premises. Fluency in English and Arabic, as well as cultural understanding of the region, is essential.
