Enterprise Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect to spearhead our enterprise architecture initiatives, oversee technical delivery, and champion AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of deep software development capabilities, effective leadership, and sophisticated stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery of robust, secure, and strategically aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise architecture strategies and design technology solutions that are scalable, secure, and resilient.
• Lead the design and deployment of solutions spanning applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, system integrations, and AI-empowered technologies.
• Offer technical guidance in software engineering with a strong focus on Python and JavaScript.
• Manage and accelerate AI implementations from pilot phases to full production.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, cultivating engineering excellence and promoting ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to convert business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Maintain adherence to enterprise standards concerning solution performance, security, reliability, and scalability.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or related enterprise technology fields.
• At least 5 years in leadership positions involving people management.
• Extensive hands-on programming experience in Python and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying and managing AI-driven solutions in operational environments.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, API design, cloud services, system integration, and distributed system design.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing abilities.
• Track record of leading technical teams and navigating complex, cross-departmental projects.

Preferred Background

• Experience in aviation sectors such as airlines, airports, transportation, logistics, or large-scale customer service operations.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies, large language models, conversational AI platforms, and enterprise automation tools.
• Background in designing and managing mission-critical, high-traffic digital platforms.
