About Tabby
Tabby is dedicated to empowering individuals with control over their finances. Traditional financial systems have often benefited institutions at the expense of the users, marked by excessive interest rates, fine print complexities, and restricted accessibility, leaving many excluded from successful financial participation. Since its establishment in 2019, Tabby offers a comprehensive money app designed for sending, spending, and saving with transparency and flexibility, serving users across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait, including millions of customers and tens of thousands of businesses and governmental bodies.

- Assist in continuous oversight of enterprise risks by collaborating with first-line stakeholders and the Head of Enterprise Risk to ensure that mitigation measures are relevant, prompt, and evidence-supported.
- Contribute to the compilation and delivery of periodic risk reports, including updates to the risk register, key risk indicators (KRIs), emerging risk identification, and thematic analyses.
- Help maintain and refine the Group’s risk appetite framework, synchronizing risk and KRIs with defined appetite and tolerance levels.
- Support the deployment and ongoing enhancement of ERM policies, procedures, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization.
- Conduct and aid in risk assessments and scenario analysis for new products, significant initiatives, strategic alterations, and evolving risks; providing actionable recommendations.
- Offer assistance to first-line risk owners regarding risk detection, evaluation, control design, remediation strategies, and understanding residual risk statuses.
- Support the development, rollout, and effectiveness assessment of control frameworks.
- Monitor relevant regulatory changes and emerging risks, recommending risk practice improvements as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison for internal audit activities and support regulatory or external examinations related to ERM.
- Manage ERM governance and tools, including administering Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems, maintaining documentation, preparing committee materials, tracking actions, and ensuring audit-ready records.
Qualifications and Expertise
- Between three to five years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), or related roles within financial services, fintech, payments, or similarly regulated sectors.
- Practical familiarity with ERM frameworks, risk governance, and control environments; capable of applying these frameworks pragmatically.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, able to communicate and collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities, demonstrated by experience in drafting clear, comprehensive risk reports and presentations.
- Organizational aptitude to handle multiple risk-related projects simultaneously; proficient in PowerPoint and dashboard creation; hands-on familiarity with GRC tools is highly advantageous.

- Flexible working hours with autonomy and trust to manage work hours effectively according to individual and team needs.
- An environment promoting personal responsibility and autonomy from the start.
