Join OSBIndia Private Limited in Bengaluru as an Enterprise Data Architect within the Financial Services industry. This on-site position involves crafting and overseeing a comprehensive data architecture blueprint aligned with the company’s strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the enterprise-wide data architecture blueprint ensuring appropriate management of data components and assets.
• Contribute to the Enterprise Data Architecture Strategy, defining organization and capabilities of architecture components to support diverse consumption patterns.
• Help develop the Total Cost of Ownership model covering personnel, processes, and technology for enterprise data architecture.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to capture domain objectives and translate them into data architecture requirements.
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models following industry best practices, representing business data entities and their relationships for varied stakeholders.
• Support diverse data consumers such as citizen analysts, data scientists, and data engineers by provisioning structured, integrated, and reliable data foundations.
• Lead efforts to build Data Exploration and Experimentation capabilities within the Data Office.
• Define and enforce guidelines covering the full data lifecycle—from creation to disposal—ensuring compliance and reducing data redundancy.
• Design high-level data architecture detailing data structures, integration points, and storage solutions across the enterprise.
• Work with various data types including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured, sourced internally and externally.
• Ensure stringent adherence to data security, privacy, and compliance policies aligned with regulations like GDPR and Basel.
• Participate in data governance committees, adhering to organizational data governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation for data architecture, models, and technical implementations.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, including advancements in artificial intelligence, to continuously refine the data architecture.
• Support phased decommissioning of data architecture components and obsolete data respecting legal and commercial lifespan.
• Comply fully with organizational Risk Management and Data Governance policies, prioritizing customer-centric and data-protective practices.
• Meet company compliance standards including completion of all mandatory online training and attestation requirements.
