Enterprise Cyber Security Architect (Zero Trust)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Cyber Security Architect with expertise in Zero Trust to spearhead strategic security architecture projects and enhance cyber resilience across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and uphold enterprise-wide Zero Trust target architectures.
• Develop and maintain security reference architectures, design standards, and implementation patterns.
• Create and evaluate architecture artifacts including high-level and detailed solution designs.
• Establish governance frameworks, technical assurance processes, and architecture review mechanisms.
• Foster consistency and interoperability across security and technology domains.
• Translate business goals, compliance requirements, and cybersecurity objectives into strategic roadmaps and transition architectures.
• Support technology assessments, product selection, and architectural decision-making.
• Drive adoption of modern security measures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Contribute to security architecture designs related to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer IAM (CIAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless Authentication, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Conditional Access Controls.
• Design network segmentation strategies including micro-segmentation and secure access models for cloud, hybrid, remote workforce, third-party, and operational technology environments.
• Support deployment of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Network Access Control (NAC), and secure remote access solutions.
• Develop enhanced connectivity solutions that modernize or replace traditional VPN technologies.
• Architect data protection and information security controls including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), encryption, key management, data governance, information rights management, and secure data sharing.
• Ensure alignment of data protection with security, privacy, and regulatory demands.
• Provide architectural guidance in line with established cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and control evaluations.
• Define risk treatment methodologies and manage exception procedures.
• Support compliance, audit, and regulatory activities within security programs.
• Engage and advise senior stakeholders in technology, security, and business sectors.
• Facilitate workshops, architecture reviews, and governance forums.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and technical teams.
• Present architecture strategies, security risks, and investment proposals to leadership.

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent certifications
