  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets associated with specific campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client portfolios by promoting new products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Recommend and sell bank solutions either reactively or proactively to meet client demands swiftly.
  • Initiate credit loan applications aligned with SME lending policies, collaborate with the commercial credit team for approvals, and ensure clients receive appropriate financial solutions.
  • Conduct structured client meetings with clear objectives and expected outcomes to foster relationships and sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales performance records to support management oversight.
  • Establish strong partnerships with branch personnel to leverage referrals for banking products and services.
  • Assist customers with account documentation, coordinating submission and review processes with the Branch Manager and operations team.

  • Follow up with clients post-account opening through welcome communications and related outreach.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to account opening, loans, and card applications promptly, escalating unresolved issues to management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations and KYC to expedite issue resolution.
  • Guide customers towards appropriate banking channels (e.g., cashiers, ATMs) based on their needs.
  • Notify clients when banking instruments like cheque books or cards are ready, and pursue items not collected timely.
  • Encourage loan drawdowns upon approval and assist with managing customer queues during busy periods by resolving simple queries or directing customers appropriately.
  • Maintain and replenish branch merchandising materials, informing management of low stock levels.
  • Provide backup advisory support to personal banking customers during absence of the personal banker.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in opening and closing cash tills daily, authorizing cashier transactions beyond teller limits, and managing branch cash custody including cash level monitoring and replenishment coordination.
  • Ensure all account openings, loan documents, card applications, and mandate changes are accurate, complete, and compliant with KYC and regulatory requirements, maintaining personal accountability for quality.
  • Adhere strictly to operational procedures to achieve audit excellence and maintain a "green" audit status.
  • Report and escalate any unresolved compliance issues, timelines breaches, or KYC concerns as required.
  • Comply with all anti-money laundering guidelines, risk management frameworks, and internal bank policies.
  • Conduct random branch checks as directed by the Branch Manager.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by the bank as needed.
