Team Overview

The Account Management team at &Open is expanding and works closely with clients throughout their journey. This includes facilitating platform onboarding, driving expansion and renewals, and managing the finer details that ensure client satisfaction. Building strong, enduring relationships through consistent collaboration and communication across &Open teams is core to our ethos.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager based in Dublin, Ireland, to represent &Open to clients across Europe and America. This role demands a commercial mindset paired with charisma and effective communication skills to support our revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, excel in relationship building, and work collaboratively with internal teams to meet goals. Flexibility to accommodate some American time zones is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, deeply understanding their objectives, challenges, and opportunities while identifying ways to add value and support growth.
  • Manage a sales quota featuring some of the largest global brands.
  • Lead the project management of corporate gifting programs including onboarding procedures with internal teams.
  • Establish trust by becoming a reliable advisor to clients and managing contract renewals.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities throughout the client lifecycle.

Growth and Industry Expertise

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of &Open's product offerings and clearly communicate their unique benefits to new and prospective clients.
  • Stay informed on corporate gifting industry trends, user groups, use cases, and competitive landscape.
  • Respond swiftly to market feedback and client insights by sharing informed perspectives to adapt strategies.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems proactively, including those beyond your immediate scope.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience in relationship management and enterprise sales.
  • Background in technology, design, or marketing sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills to facilitate cross-functional solutions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours covering EST time zones to support U.S. clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to envision long-term success for clients and &Open.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
