Role Overview

Based in Sydney, the Enterprise Account Manager will manage and expand relationships with existing customers. This self-driven role centers on maximizing customer retention and driving incremental revenue growth by deepening account understanding and identifying strategic expansion opportunities. The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully to the company’s rapid growth, particularly in modernizing customer portfolios with AI-enhanced content marketing and customer data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts across multiple organizational levels.
  • Comprehensively understand and align Sitecore’s offerings with each customer’s business needs and goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leverage Sitecore’s partner network to deliver exceptional client support.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive trends, and customer feedback to guide product improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in full sales cycle software sales or within a SaaS environment.
  • Background in enterprise account management or sales roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills for establishing rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strong results-driven focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue enhancement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
  • Demonstrated sales expertise with a clear, evidence-backed approach to closing growth opportunities.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Experience selling digital solutions such as Content Management, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies.
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations to executive stakeholders onsite.
  • Attributes including tenacity, ambition, curiosity, coachability, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
