About Vertice
Vertice is pioneering the world’s first Intelligent Procurement Platform that streamlines the complex procurement processes within enterprises. Combining agentic workflows, advanced AI insights, and a global network of specialized negotiators, Vertice enables companies to make smarter purchasing decisions and scale efficiently. The platform has processed over $75 billion in spend, consistently delivers 20% cost savings to clients, reduces procurement cycle times by 70%, and has experienced 13-fold revenue growth within two years.
Founded by serial entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey and backed by more than $100 million in Series C funding from leading investors such as Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North, and Lakestar, Vertice is acclaimed as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, Ireland, and Europe. With headquarters in London and offices in New York, Brno, Sydney, and Johannesburg, Vertice is reshaping the global B2B marketplace.
Your Role
Based in the central London office, you will lead Vertice's enterprise market growth across the UK, focusing on acquiring new clients and managing high-stakes sales processes. This opportunity allows you to craft territory strategy, explore new industry verticals, and influence the company’s global go-to-market approach. You will collaborate closely with leadership and other key teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with C-suite executives, including CFOs, Chief Procurement Officers, and CIOs, to negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts involving sophisticated technology environments.
- Initiate and oversee exclusive executive gatherings such as CFO roundtables and industry events to foster trustful relationships and accelerate enterprise deal cycles.
- Maintain full accountability for your sales territory by employing data-driven methods to identify top-value accounts, conduct regular pipeline reviews, and move prospects smoothly through the sales funnel.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to relay market feedback and on-the-ground sales insights to help refine product offerings.
- Utilize Vertice’s network of expert buyers and analysts to develop customized and data-supported business cases that strongly demonstrate Vertice’s value to financial decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Approximately 8 or more years of B2B enterprise sales experience within fast-growing SaaS, FinTech, or disruptive technology firms.
- Proven success navigating complex corporate structures and multi-decision-maker evaluation processes in the UK, including stakeholders in Legal, Information Security, Procurement, and Finance.
- Strong executive presence with commercial insight and financial understanding to engage high-level corporate leaders confidently from the start.
- A proactive, self-starting approach to building and maintaining a sales pipeline through targeted research and value-driven outreach rather than relying on inbound leads.
- A competitive yet collaborative mindset, with thorough preparation, coachability, and a continuous growth orientation.
Benefits
- Opportunity to make a tangible impact in a rapidly scaling company with visible contributions to its valuation.
- Competitive salary package combined with an attractive commission scheme and equity options, offering considerable financial upside.
- A supportive and transparent workplace culture valuing diversity, intellectual curiosity, and teamwork.
- A hybrid working model promoting in-person collaboration to enhance learning, mentoring, and operational speed.
