Role Overview
Omni is looking to grow its sales team by adding an Enterprise Account Executive focused on driving expansion within enterprises sized between 500 and 5,000 employees. This position reports directly to Regional Sales Directors and the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute BI solution-selling using consultative and challenger sales approaches to consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline through the MEDDPICC and 3 Whys frameworks, emphasizing thorough outbound research.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to lead proof of concepts and conduct workshops, building credibility with technical and C-suite buyers.
- Engage proactively with Technology and Systems Integration partnerships to cultivate a strong top-of-funnel pipeline and facilitate customer success.
- Develop compelling business cases to support renewals and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining precise weekly go-to-market forecasts.
Candidate Profile
- Possess over five years of success in surpassing sales quotas within SaaS solution environments.
- Skilled at influencing and navigating complex, multi-year deals involving both C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in converting customer feedback into actionable strategic insights for go-to-market and product development teams.
- Demonstrates high personal initiative in identifying and prioritizing business problems and revenue-generating opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years consistently exceeding sales targets within the Modern Data Stack domain encompassing BI, Analytics, and ETL technologies.
- Deep expertise in comprehensive data ecosystem architectures and complex system integrations.
- Proven track record and self-driven success in fast-paced, growth-stage companies ranging from Series A to D financing rounds.
Work Location
This position follows a hybrid model based in Dublin, requiring three days in-office each week. Candidates residing in the UK are eligible for fully remote arrangements.
