About Stacks
Stacks is revolutionizing how finance teams manage the monthly close process, targeted at mid to large-sized enterprises. Traditionally, this process is manual and time-consuming, limiting finance teams from focusing on strategic activities. Leveraging AI, Stacks aims to simplify the monthly close to a single-click operation, delivering precise and detailed financial insights by the first day of each month. Our diverse team includes experts from notable companies like Uber, Plaid, Miro, and Mollie, and we are backed by top-tier venture capital and leadership from organizations such as Stripe, Plaid, and OpenAI.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and commercially focused Enterprise Account Executive to join our Go-To-Market team based in London. This role is pivotal in developing and executing our sales strategy, offering a chance to contribute to the rapid growth of Stacks while advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including outbound outreach, qualification, closing, and activation.
- Engage with financial leaders such as Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs to promote Stacks as a cutting-edge close management solution.
- Employ consultative sales techniques to address prospects’ monthly close challenges with tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Navigate complex organizational structures within Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, building comprehensive account plans across global entities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the product and monthly close workflow to support sales activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Expand Stacks' presence by strengthening relationships with finance teams across Europe.
- Contribute to shaping the enterprise sales strategy and sales playbooks.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 10 years of successful SaaS enterprise sales experience, preferably in high-growth startups or scale-ups selling complex solutions to Mid-Market or Enterprise-level customers.
- Experience selling finance-related SaaS products, such as financial reporting, planning, ERP, or close automation software, with the ability to communicate effectively with finance executives.
- Proven expertise in all sales stages: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, demo customization, negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to manage lengthy sales cycles involving complex internal politics.
- Strong technical comprehension to grasp sophisticated tools and effectively explain their benefits to both finance and technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in building and scaling territories from inception.
- Consistent overachievement of sales targets and excellence in performance in professional or other competitive environments.
Benefits and Opportunities
- Engage with pioneering technology at the forefront of the generative AI revolution.
- Work alongside a highly skilled team with backgrounds from leading tech companies.
- Play a foundational role in a company supported by premier venture capital firms and influential leaders from OpenAI, Stripe, and DeepMind.
