About the Roles
The National Institute of Language is growing its team with openings for two key positions: English Trainer and Sales Coordinator for student admissions and after-sales support. The institute seeks committed individuals passionate about teaching and student engagement to ensure an excellent learning and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver effective English communication training to diverse learners through interactive and outcome-focused sessions.
- Help students gain confidence in spoken and written English and foster a positive learning environment.
- Manage the student admission process including sales, follow-ups, enrolment coordination, and providing after-sale support.
- Handle student queries, offer counselling, and maintain ongoing communication to enhance student satisfaction.
- Meet targets through organized and proactive management of admission and post-enrolment operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Passion for teaching or sales coordination and dedication to student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or skills in managing sales processes and customer service.
- Organizational abilities, proactivity, and a customer-centric mindset.
Work Schedule & Shifts
Availability required for one or both shifts:
- Morning shift from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST.
- Evening shift from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
Compensation Details
- English Trainers working 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday) receive ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 monthly, excluding incentives and bonuses.
- English Trainers working 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday) receive ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 monthly, excluding incentives and bonuses.
