Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the NAND-CMOS device roadmap in alignment with product plans.
• Lead efforts to enhance the device portfolio's performance and cost efficiency.
• Design and analyze silicon experiments targeting future device iterations.
• Collaborate with design engineers to establish transistor specifications, deliver transistor models, and refine critical design rules influenced by layout constraints.
• Partner with the TCAD simulation team to strategize transistor structures, ensuring they meet defined targets.
• Ensure transistor models accurately predict final silicon behavior.
• Define electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design rule checks, and process monitoring.
• Maintain focus on advancing transistor reliability standards.
• Work proactively with manufacturing teams to verify transistor performance and troubleshoot yield or reliability challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to cultivate a collaborative and spirited work environment.
• Leverage AI tools and enable Agent-AI solutions to automate and optimize daily workflows.
