Job description
Job Summary
As an Engineer Admin Assistant located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and performing preventive maintenance on various tools, appliances, and equipment. Your role includes calibrating controls and meters, managing inventory by ordering and stocking parts, and using computer systems to enter and retrieve work-related information. Operating power lifts and ensuring safety compliance are key duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, upkeep, and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Calibrate gauges, meters, and control devices accurately.
- Identify and operate all necessary shut-off valves safely.
- Maintain parts and supplies inventory, including ordering and logging purchase orders.
- Inspect all equipment and tools for proper function and safety standards.
- Assist management with personnel tasks such as recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivation, and coaching.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
- Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' service needs with clear and professional communication.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and respond appropriately to concerns.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost savings.
- Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds, navigating stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces, reaching overhead and below the knees, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in related fields.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
