Role Overview
The Engagement Lead position offers an opportunity to manage the entire project lifecycle—from discovery, through proof of concept and minimum viable product development, to full production deployment. Unlike conventional consulting roles that conclude at recommendations, this role emphasizes ownership and delivery of outcomes by leading the team responsible for building and deploying AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with enterprise clientele to develop structured business cases and identify value drivers linked to strategic objectives.
- Interpret client requirements to define and scope AI solutions.
- Design logic for AI Co-Workers and create deployment roadmaps.
- Serve as the primary representative of Future Secure AI at executive and steering committee levels.
Qualifications and Experience
- Significant senior engagement or delivery leadership experience within a top-level consulting firm (roles such as Senior Manager, Principal, or Engagement Manager).
- Proven capability to transform ambiguous strategic challenges into actionable plans.
- Proficient in leading interdisciplinary teams and engaging with C-suite executives.
- Strong propensity for ownership, prioritizing delivery and measurable results over mere recommendations.
- Experience working with complex clients in the financial sector is especially advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or advanced analytics is beneficial; however, hands-on technical programming or development is not required.
