Role Overview

The Engagement Lead is tasked with driving the successful implementation of engagement strategies to ensure active participation and support of students, schools, and partners throughout the program phases. This position prioritizes execution, focusing on generating measurable outcomes in participation, retention, and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement student and school engagement initiatives effectively.
• Organize workshops, online events, and school visits, managing all logistics, schedules, and communications.
• Assist with onboarding processes during pilot and scaling phases.
• Act as the secondary contact for schools and partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Escalate complex matters to the Outreach & Partnership Director when needed.
• Cultivate and maintain professional and positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Monitor engagement metrics including attendance, participation, and dropout rates.
• Gather feedback from students and schools and communicate insights to Content, LMS, and PMO teams.
• Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Assist marketing campaign activations and coordinate closely with Admin & Reporting teams for accurate data capture.
• Maintain calendars, logs, and trackers related to engagement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications in project coordination or educational technology are advantageous.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in program coordination, engagement, outreach, or education/youth-related roles.
• Strong background working with schools or student groups is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in training, capacity building, and clearly conveying engagement models to educational institutions.
• Proven ability to foster relationships and take ownership of support results in schools.
• Expertise in creating trackers and reporting frameworks for tailored support based on KPIs.
• High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
• Capacity to manage several priorities concurrently.
• Ease working directly with students and educators.
