Role Overview
We are collaborating with a prestigious Top 50 Law Firm located in Manchester that boasts an award-winning Employment team, as recognized by the Legal 500. The firm is undergoing strategic expansion, having recently increased its workforce with seasoned professionals and is seeking further team growth.
Key Advisory Areas
- Handling disciplinary and grievance cases
- Managing unfair dismissal claims
- Addressing discrimination issues
- Advising on Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment - TUPE)
- Whistleblowing matters
- Redundancy procedures
- Organising restructures and providing strategic guidance to senior management and boards
Working Conditions & Benefits
This position offers a flexible hybrid working model with two days required in the office and three days remote. The compensation package is competitive, inclusive of a substantial bonus scheme.
