About the Role
An established boutique law firm based in Norfolk is seeking to hire a Salaried Partner to join their Commercial Property division. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a solid reputation in Commercial Property, ideally with an existing client base or a robust network of professional referral contacts.
The firm features a partner-led boutique structure, allowing personal service and autonomy typical of smaller practices, while boasting a strong client roster capable of competing with large national firms in the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Commercial Property practice area.
- Manage and nurture an established client portfolio effectively.
- Expand professional referral networks and proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Exercise genuine autonomy over workload and client relationships.
- Contribute strategically to the firm's growth and development plans.
- Collaborate within a progressive and supportive partner-led team environment.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in Commercial Property and/or Development law.
- Recognized reputation and established presence in the specialty area.
- Existing client following and/or strong referral network.
- Excellent technical legal acumen combined with client relationship management skills.
- A commercially focused, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Ambitious and confident in driving business development and wider firm growth.
- Capability to work independently while engaging collaboratively within a team.
