Working in partnership with Talent Attraction and Acquisition teams, Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC), service lines, and external collaborators, you will spearhead recruitment marketing strategies that support hiring goals across all levels—from entry-level students and graduates to seasoned professionals.

This position is a 12-month parental leave cover role, based in any EY office across Australia or New Zealand, with potential flexibility including reduced hours upon discussion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute employer branding and talent attraction campaigns aligned with EY’s global branding on digital, social media, events, and other marketing channels.
  • Develop and share engaging content and employee stories to strengthen the employer brand, improve candidate experience, and boost recruitment results.
  • Manage EY Careers social media presence across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging analytics, market insights, and event content to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, stakeholders, and external vendors to deploy employer branding initiatives, providing expert advice on branding, social media, and employee advocacy.
  • Contribute to the development of employer brand strategy and uphold EY brand standards by ensuring all content aligns with branding, risk management, and compliance policies.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, including proficiency in tailoring messages across various audiences and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adjust strategies to evolving business needs.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms and a demonstrated capacity for innovative and creative campaign design across multiple communication channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in employer branding, talent attraction marketing, brand marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Experience within professional services firms or advertising/marketing agencies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with managing brand visual identity, brand principles, and fundamental branding and marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Benefits and Culture

  • Support for career growth through skill development and world-class experiences in a diverse and inclusive setting.
  • Flexible work arrangements that promote work-life balance, fostering a culture of trust and autonomy.
  • Comprehensive benefits including an annual wellness incentive, access to up to 8 additional weeks of flexible leave annually, and generous family-friendly policies with up to 26 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave.
  • Competitive salary package, negotiable based on skills and experience.
