Overview
Elegancia Arabia is looking for a skilled Employee Relations Team Leader to oversee and manage employee relations activities across the company. This role demands a deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law, government HR platforms, employee services, and HR systems. The candidate should have proven expertise in handling employee-related issues within large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily functions and operations of the Employee Relations team.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and workplace issues in line with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
- Ensure adherence to the labor legislation and regulatory requirements of the Saudi Arabian government.
- Administer employee transactions through official government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and the Chamber of Commerce.
- Provide guidance to both employees and management on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and legal compliance.
- Support processes related to employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract modifications, separations, and other lifecycle events.
- Maintain accurate employee records and guarantee HR transactions are properly updated in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Track employee relation cases, compile reports and dashboards, and offer recommendations to HR management.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Government Relations, Legal, and other teams to resolve employee issues.
- Mentor and supervise the Employee Relations team to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
- Drive continuous enhancements in employee relations processes and HR service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or related roles.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing Employee Relations or HR Operations teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficient use of government platforms: Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and Chamber of Commerce systems.
- Thorough understanding of employee lifecycle and HR compliance within Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and oral.
- Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or large-scale projects is a plus.
Preferred Profile
Applicants currently residing in Saudi Arabia with significant practical experience managing Employee Relations in large or multifaceted organizations will be prioritized.
