Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cultivating a Liaison Officer group, managing scheduling, training initiatives, and maintaining records
- Aid in building a Controller group, overseeing rostering, educational activities, and documentation
- Examine current materials to author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance documents related to response functions
- Manage and update a database tracking CIMS-trained staff and attendance at exercises
- Contribute to the creation of internal drills and emergency response plans
- Serve as Controller's Assistant during emergency responses
- Facilitate workshops aimed at reviewing and updating Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
Skills & Experience
- Established background in emergency management focusing on training development and operational procedure formulation
- Strong skills in managing databases and handling documentation workflows
- Proven collaborator capable of working effectively with diverse teams to improve emergency readiness
