Overview
An opportunity is available with our partner company seeking an Email Marketing Manager based in the United Arab Emirates. This role provides ownership of a vital email marketing channel within a dynamic digital learning and workplace compliance sector. The position involves leading campaign execution and optimization to engage prospects, clients, and partners across the buyer lifecycle, predominantly using HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete email marketing process across all stages including prospect, customer, partner, and lifecycle messaging.
- Design, schedule, and optimize various email campaigns such as newsletters, nurture sequences, product updates, webinar invitations, event promotions, and follow-ups.
- Administer audience segmentation, quality checks, deployments, reporting, and A/B tests throughout campaign workflows.
- Monitor email deliverability, inbox performance, user engagement, and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Create and maintain an experimentation plan exploring elements like subject lines, CTAs, layout, send timing, and personalized content.
- Analyze campaign results by segments like audience type, lifecycle stage, industry, persona, job title, product interests, and behavior metrics to inform improvements.
- Translate analytics into clear strategies to boost click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and sales pipeline impact.
- Build and manage campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, lists, and workflows directly within HubSpot.
- Perform detailed quality assurance before launch to ensure accuracy, relevance, timeliness, and goal alignment.
- Support integrated marketing efforts such as webinars, virtual events, product launches, customer-driven campaigns, and demand generation.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and tasks using Asana project management.
- Present trends, testing insights, and optimization suggestions to marketing stakeholders regularly.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations for accurate campaign reporting and data integrity.
- Leverage AI-based tools to enhance email content creation, personalization, testing, workflow efficiency, and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum three years’ experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related campaign management roles.
- Proven expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub for creating emails, landing pages, forms, lists, campaigns, and related assets.
- Familiarity with Asana for coordinating campaign tasks and projects.
- Strong grasp of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and audience management.
- Experience designing and implementing A/B testing programs to inform marketing optimization.
- Analytical proficiency to detect patterns, trends, and actionable insights from campaign data.
- Excellent copy-editing and proofreading skills paired with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Fluent English communication abilities in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple marketing teams and operate during US business hours full-time.
- Experience employing AI-enhanced tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or HubSpot AI to improve marketing productivity.
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS marketing, lead nurturing, webinars, virtual events, or product launches is advantageous.
- Certification in HubSpot Marketing Hub and knowledge of Salesforce CRM are desirable.
- Basic HTML and CSS skills for email troubleshooting and customizations are a plus.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple buyer personas, audience segments, and lifecycle stages adds value.
