Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Technician to handle maintenance and repair tasks for various elevator brands. This role involves performing routine servicing, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and conducting emergency repairs to ensure elevator safety and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing across multiple elevator brands.
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical elevator problems.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and execute corrective maintenance.
- Inspect elevator parts to detect faults and identify safety risks.
- Implement preventive maintenance practices for optimal elevator operation.
- Document service activities and maintain detailed records of all work performed.
- Adhere to safety standards, technical protocols, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- At least one year of practical experience in elevator maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with a variety of elevator models and brands.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems related to elevators.
- Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
- Capability to generate technical and maintenance reports effectively.
