Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Electronics Product Design Engineer to join our innovative research and development team. This role involves end-to-end responsibility from product concept and design to prototyping, testing, and refinement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, production teams, and key technology partners, contributing to the entire product lifecycle and influencing future technological directions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new product designs from initial concept through verification and qualification stages.
• Develop and apply test methodologies and specifications to ensure quality and performance.
• Stay informed of market trends and emerging technologies to foster product and process innovation.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to address design challenges and customer requirements.
• Engage in various projects across the organization, contributing problem-solving expertise.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and advocate for new engineering approaches and technologies.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering; postgraduate qualifications (Master’s, PhD, or Postgraduate Diploma) are advantageous.
• Have at least three years of design experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals and practical experience in product realization.
• Proficient in circuit modeling and simulation software.
• Skilled in both analogue and digital circuit design.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities alongside a systematic, problem-solving mindset.
• RF design experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with thermal or structural simulation tools is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) engineering techniques is preferred.
