Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the operation of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house sections, to guarantee their physical safety and proper function.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to service requests from guests and hotel staff to resolve electrical and general maintenance issues.
• Undertake various repair and maintenance tasks that may involve carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and masonry to keep the facility in excellent condition.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify and remedy potential issues before they affect operations.
• Document all maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs, and escalate any unresolved concerns requiring further action.
