Role Overview and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Facilities Management personnel to schedule self-performed Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM), subcontractor PPM, and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Support the FM team in preparing progress reports and supplying necessary information for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate in managing planned maintenance timetables and allocating resources for buildings under the facility management remit.
  • Log and update maintenance-related activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintain corresponding physical backup files.
  • Assist with the implementation of both short-term and long-term maintenance projects as required.
  • Perform routine upkeep of building lighting systems, including lamp and fitting replacements.
  • Follow directions from the facilities team on-site, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring all work complies with relevant standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Must hold legal authorization to work within the European Union.
  • Possess formal qualifications in electrical trades.
  • Hold a full valid driving license, as the role necessitates travel to multiple sites.
  • Have experience maintaining commercial properties and delivering hard services.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of building services installations, including HVAC, electrical systems, and other technical areas.
  • Experience with CMMS and/or CAFM software such as SAP, Maximo, PEMAC, Concept Evolution, or eMaint is advantageous.
