Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Electrical Technician to work on-site in Accra. The technician will handle daily electrical maintenance, troubleshoot electrical faults, operate and upkeep electrical equipment, and contribute to the effective functioning of the hotel's electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems across the property.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Operate various electrical equipment safely and maintain their operational readiness.
• Support the overall performance and safety of the hotel's electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid foundation in electrical maintenance and fundamental electrical principles.
• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical problems using engineering concepts.
• Practical experience in handling, operating, and maintaining electrical devices and systems.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and capability to collaborate well in a team.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently on-site in Accra.
• HND or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Experience working within the hospitality sector is advantageous.
