Role Overview
The Electrical Supervisor position is integral to KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), a provider known for delivering comprehensive, innovative solutions throughout the asset lifecycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, and energy transition expertise.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Superintendent, the Electrical Supervisor offers critical input for identifying key success factors, procurement scheduling, and creating unified work breakdown structures. This role involves leadership to establish organizational structures and processes that fully implement services requirements. It is responsible for the execution of electrical services, quality assurance, subcontractor performance, and control of construction costs. The supervisor assesses the electrical service execution to ensure compliance with contracts, design specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards, informing the project team about progress, issues, risks, and cost implications. Ownership of the electrical craft schedule is essential, including developing short-term look-ahead schedules in coordination with foremen to align with the overall execution plan. The role also manages cost and labor hour budgets for installation, along with planning staff facilities, equipment, and tool needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineering certification is preferred.
