Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities conducted by subcontractors.
• Monitor daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations to ensure uninterrupted performance.
• Compile comprehensive MEP reports on daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
• Create and manage daily schedules for MEP-related tasks.
• Maintain meticulous records including PPM reports, schedules, and third-party inspection certificates.
• Work towards reducing operational discrepancies highlighted by third-party audits.
• Collaborate with the Building Management and Maintenance Systems (BMMS) team during inspections.
• Prepare documentation and follow-up tasks required for project handover.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems such as Motor Control Center (MCC) panels, Main Distribution Boards (MDB), Sub Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), lighting systems, motors, pumps, and automation devices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Keep detailed maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and records of asset histories.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• At least six years of relevant experience in a similar electrical maintenance role.
